Where are you located?

Our main office is located in Miami, United States, but we also have offices in Colombia (in Bogotá, Medellín and Cali), Venezuela and Brazil. Here you can find all our addresses and contacts.

What payment means do you have available?

You can pay us with transfer or bank deposit, credit card, PayPal, or in some sections of our website, buy online. If you want our bank details to make a payment, you can write to:

Do you give credit?

Some clients have been with us for years, and we are pleased to give them credit. In any case, if you are already our client and you want to have an open line of credit with us, you just have to fill out our credit application and submit it to our financial department for due approval. What delivery methods are available?

Depending on where you are buying from, there are several delivery methods available.

If you buy from Colombia:

You can pick up the products at one of our offices located in Bogota, Medellin or Cali or send it to us through a ground transport company of your choice.

If you buy from Venezuela:

You can pick up the products in our office in Valencia, or we can send them to you using a transport company of your choice or one of our entire trust, to make arrive your purchase in the shortest possible time. If we make the contact so that the customer buys directly from the United States, we can indicate a company that for several years has provided an excellent service. The seller who attends to you can take care of getting you a quote for maritime or air transport. Sometimes, small orders could also be sent by courier.

If you buy from Brazil:

You can pick up the products at our office in Jundiai or send them to us through a ground transport company of your choice.

If you buy from the United States:

At the Miami office we serve clients from the United States and many other countries, mainly Latin America. We can deliver your merchandise to a dispatcher in Miami who does ground, sea or air transportation.

Can you handle the export from the USA to my country?

Yes. We make international shipments through Kaizen Logistics, a company that has provided excellent service for several years. The seller who attends to you can take care of obtaining the quotation for maritime or air transport. Sometimes, small orders could also be sent by courier.

Do you offer repair service for welding and cutting equipment?

In Colombia and Venezuela we provide calibration, maintenance and repair services for welding and cutting equipment. Contact our offices in Colombia or Venezuela directly for more information.
